I am actually secretly looking forward for next Monday.
Well I don't exactly know whether things in my mind are right or not but I'm really looking forward to get back to my academic environment.
I couldn't help but agree with Joanne Peh's latest post, "..where the grueling curriculum serve a purpose for you, without you having to set one for yourself, even if you aren’t very clear what it is."
I know going for lectures and tutorials isn't the coolest thing to do, but well, it isn't the worst thing to do either!
But it kinda scares me to hear Lian Shi has already printed out materials for Week 1 and I've still yet to download those files on my laptop! Haha in fact I have not even deleted those files from Semester 1! Aiyoh seriously hor, I need to buck up!
Prolly things might change a little, and I'll have to adopt it all over again; not having the exact same classmates, the clique may eventually change and the last thing which I think is the worst, going for LMS class not knowing anybody!
Boy the class starts as early as 8 am it's bad enough that it's freaking early, I really don't wanna be stranded in LMS class alone. Why didn't they put me with someone I know??!!
And they put Nigel with SO MANY people he knows!!! Wen Rong, Jia Ying, Esther and Jonathan Ng, my ex-Creative Thinking group mate!
Geez now tell me who says the world is fair?!
Okay I shall listen to Suphatta; make more new friends Ka Yee!
So on a 'MUCH BRIGHTER' note, I will get to know more new people!
I seriously hope my LMS class would be more 'happening'! Ask me for the definition of the word 'happening'.
But I still envy Nigel for having so many familiar faces in his class.
Hmmp, I met up with Suet Ching for dinner and she brought me to this damn nice place with tonnes of dessert or I call it 'tong sui' in Cantonese. Haha it's such a nice place and the 'tong sui' we ordered were pretty nice. Thank you Suet Ching for settling the 'tong sui' bill!
We had dinner in Aston and dinner was pretty good! But I was so guilty for making Suet Ching waited for me for so long. My gosh I seriously must get off the stupid habit of being late most of the time!
And and and thank you Suphatta for making me a cup of warm Milo before I go to bed! <3
